By placing an order on our website, you agree to these simple terms.

Orders

  • Need to change or cancel? Contact us right away. Once shipped, we can't make changes.

  • If we can't fulfill your order (e.g., item out of stock), we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count.

    • You'll see shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout.

    • Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email.

    • Double-check your shipping address—we're not responsible if it's wrong and your package gets lost.

    • If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (extra shipping fees may apply).

    • Delivery delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues—we can't control these but will keep you updated.

    • Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    • International orders may have customs fees—those are your responsibility.
