By placing an order on our website, you agree to these simple terms.
Orders

Need to change or cancel? Contact us right away. Once shipped, we can't make changes.

If we can't fulfill your order (e.g., item out of stock), we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count.

You'll see shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout.

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Double-check your shipping address—we're not responsible if it's wrong and your package gets lost.

If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (extra shipping fees may apply).

Delivery delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues—we can't control these but will keep you updated.

Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
